We go to Idaho quite a bit more than we used to...and it's amazing what a difference in a few zip codes does for the wild life. On Saturday, we headed to the Super Wal-Mart in Post Falls--and it was like we drove into our very own redneck festival. The local bar was hosting some kind of amatuer races, stadium seating included with parking. The other competitors' sign featured "live" nude girls...as opposed to what...? And from the number of cars on the road and in every parking lot, half of Washington came to visit their cousins for the day. The traffic was
awful for being out in the sticks.
One of the funnier highlights of the trip probably was our cashier talking about his 5 yr-old daughter. Yep. It all was making sense until he dropped 'pitbull' in the description. He wasn't talking about his aggressive
human children. Nope. That dog had the honorary title of "daughter"...birthday cakes, and all.
Freaks!! So you can only imagine how my funny bone was tickled when I saw this sticker on a bag of rolls. I felt like I could have peeled it off and worn it.
And speaking of Nuts...Maxine made me laugh!
